In an expanded state of awareness brought about by rattles and a frame drum, an awakening or an enhancement of your spiritual capacities is experienced. All around the northern hemisphere, bears are or were considered the most sacred of the terrestrial beings. An afternoon of shamanic journeying to deepen our knowing and appreciation of the mystery of bear in our lives, and our interconnectedness in the eternal web of life.

Using the shamanic journey process as a portal to other planes offers us opportunities to meet with deceased parents, grandparents, other ancestors, children, brothers, sisters, aunties, uncles, cats, dogs…….to say what may have been left unsaid, to hear what may have been left unspoken.
